How does someone redeem a gift card?
Your recipient will receive an email with a link to redeem the gift card. As long as they use the email address the gift card was sent to, the balance will be automatically applied to their purchase.
What happens if someone doesn’t use the entire gift card balance?
No problem! The remaining balance can be used on any future purchase. You don’t have to spend it all at once. To check the balance, log in to your account on the Account page. Any unused balance will also be converted into Mr. Davis Rewards and automatically applied to your next purchase.
Do gift cards expire?
No, Mr. Davis gift cards never expire! Any unused balance also doesn’t expire and will automatically apply to future purchases.

Can I return a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable. If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the funds will be credited back to your account as store credit that never expires. Orders paid partially with a credit card and a gift card will have the gift card portion refunded as store credit. We can’t refund the gift card balance back to a credit card unless the credit card was used for part of the payment.
