Mr. Davis allows returns and exchanges for unwashed and quickly tried-on undershirts within 100 days of purchase (US customers only). If you don’t love your first pair of underwear, we will ship you a new size/style or issue a refund. No return required. Besides your first pair of underwear, all other pairs must be returned unopened and in the original packaging. We cannot issue a refund for any underwear pairs that have been returned opened. We have to assume they have been tried on unless given prior approval by us.

Below is the process to return an item if you do not want to use our automated returns page. Or you can check out our new automated returns page here and create a return or exchange yourself.
- Before you return your item, you must contact us at support@mrdavis.com to obtain approval for the return. You will need to tell us in your email if you want a refund on your card, a refund for store credit or a partial or full exchange. If you send us a return without an official RA#, we may not be able to process your return.
- Upon approving your return, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label via email including an RA#.
- You must ship your return to us within 5 days of receiving your label or we may not be able to process your return.
- Once we receive your item, we’ll process your and apply any applicable restocking fee (see above). Original shipping costs are not refunded. Shipping costs are only refunded for defective product received that is not replaced or for a lost order that is not being replaced.
Can I exchange items from my order?
If you have issues with sizing or selection we provide FREE US shipping both way on exchanges of your order to get you in the right product. We use the same process we do for returns. We cannot exchange international orders at this time.

I think I received defective/wrong merchandise, what do I do?
Mr. Davis stands behinds the quality of its products and will happily replace products with manufacturing defects.
If you believe that you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), please notify us including a picture of the defect. In most cases we’ll be able to send out a replacement ASAP. Note that both undershirts and underwear eventually wear out, especially if you wash and dry them on warm. Our policy only covers actual defects, not wear and tear, but we will err on the customer’s side in these judgments. When will my return be refunded?
Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 2 business days. We will inspect your returned item(s) and then contact you via email with the refund confirmation. Refunds may not show up on your card statement for up to four business days.
Can I return a sale item?
Mr. Davis doesn’t really have sales because we offer our best value pricing to every customer, every day. On some clearance items though, items marked final sale will be non-returnable.
