Does it cost anything to become a Mr. Davis VIP?
No. It’s 100% free.
How do I become a Mr. Davis VIP?
After you make your product selections, simply choose the “VIP Subscribe & Save” pricing option and checkout as normal.
How often will I receive product?
Our default frequency is set for 60 days, but you can update your shipping frequency any time by logging into your account.
How do I change the products I want to receive in my next shipment?
You can update your next shipment by logging into your account.
What happens if I pause my VIP account?
When you pause your VIP, the next processing date will get pushed out 180 days. You will receive a reminder email one week before the next processing date, which allows you can to pause again or receive an order. You can restart your VIP anytime by logging into your account.
What happens if I stop my VIP account?
When you stop your VIP account, you will no longer receive reminder emails for future orders and you will lose all VIP benefits, including free shipping on any order, VIP bulk discount rates and price protection if we ever have to raise our prices in the future.
How do I get reminded about an upcoming shipment?
You will receive a reminder email one week before your next order is scheduled to ship. This will give you the opportunity to either modify the product in your next shipment, snooze your shipment 60 days, pause your VIP account or stop your VIP account.
Can I place an order as a VIP that isn't a recurring shipment?
Yes! Simply checkout as normal and we will ask you if you want to make the order recurring or not before you pay for the order.
Can I have multiple VIP subscriptions?
Yes you can have multiple VIP subscriptions under your email that can have different products and shipping frequency.
Can I share a VIP with someone else?
Each VIP subscription is connected to one email. We cannot have two emails sharing one VIP subscription.
